Buying Process

The process of buying a home or property typically begins with determining your buying power. We are more then happy to refer you to a lender to determine this information if needed.  After you know how much you can and want to invest in a home or property, the next step is to search available properties that most closely fit your needs.

We will provide you with objective information about each property to assist you with your final selection. Two things you want to keep in mind is first, will the property provide the atmosphere that I want in a home or investment property, and second, will the property have good resale value.

After you have chosen your property we will write a purchase agreement to present to the seller.  In this agreement we will include time to complete appropriate inspections and receive any pertinent information.

Once a final purchase agreement has been met we will assist you in finding qualified and reputable professionals to do inspections, handle legal matters, and loan applications.

We will assist you from start to finish in your entire real estate transaction.
